Word of Hands is “1 today!”

What great awesome news to share with you: Its Word of Hands’ 1st year anniversary this Sunday 6th June 2010. What a blessing this year has been. We had a baptism service, Sign Cross Performance Night, a child’s Thanksgiving, Christmas Carols from BSL students, Blessing a Marriage and guest speakers from London. We will continue with our service every two months during 2010 and will increase to monthly in 2011. At our service today (6th June), the guest speaker is Maureen Colhoun (Deaf & BSL) from London who has come to share God’s message. Voice-over will be provided and you are very welcome to come along. Afterwards we will celebrate with a buffet lunch, bouncy castle and other activities in the garden. We all have been really blessed with the use of Riverside House as a venue. If you know anyone who is Deaf or a BSL user, feel free to tell them the news about Word of Hands and bring them along. Have a real blessing this summer.
