Christians at Work – a good read

In our current series of teaching on discipleship at work, we have heard about Daniel’s amazing attitude to work and the support he received from God and through the relationship he had with his believing friends. Last week we concentrated on integrity in the workplace, and the importance of being available to be used by God – to be Christ-like – wherever we are.

One of the things that I have found helpful in my work over the years has been books about being a Christian in that setting. Last Sunday Steve Botham identified reading as a key part of our discipleship in the workplace.

So here are examples of books that have been helpful to me and others. Some may now be out of print, but all are available from one or more of St Andrew’s Bookshop, Wesley Owen, or Amazon (and I have some of them if you can’t find them elsewhere). Also try www.abebooks.co.uk for second hand books
