Update from the Cuthberts

Since the church released us (a few years ago now!) we give our time to serving leaders and the wider church. This is a little of what we’ve been up to this year…

A big life event has been Lois’ Mum dying. The way she died and the legacy she has left in our lives and so many others is a great encouragement and comfort to us.

We often travel together and have visited churches we have relationship with in Billericay, Cheam, Bridgenorth, Norfolk, Basingstoke Newcastle – ministering either through speaking, consultancy, personal mentoring and coaching or leadership development. We’ve taken four church week ends away (through personal links) in Geneva, (Lois was due to go but had to cancel due to her Mums ill health), Christ Church Tunbridge Wells, Sutton Coldfield Baptist Church, Hereford Baptist. Also Framlingham Stewards Trust house party. Where God spoke powerfully into peoples lives despite it being 10 days after Lois’s Mum had died.

We spoke at an Arrow residential and Nick also spoke alongside Gordon Mac Donald (of ordering your private world) at Arrow reloaded (a conference for all previous Arrow graduates).

Nick is chair of Lead Academy an exciting new leadership development that we are involved in and trustee of Christian Vision – an international charity using the most appropriate media like radio TV and internet to introduce people to the reality of Jesus.

Our prayer is that the ‘ordinary’ we offer to God will become ‘extraordinary’ in his hands. Thank you for your prayers
