MIFF meet during term time on Fridays from 8.30-10pm at Riverside House, 21 Alcester Road, Moseley. Our aim is to encourage each other on how to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. Miff is for young people in school years 10-13.
At Riverside we believe in young people, they are an important part of the church today. Andy King is our full time Youth Pastor who leads a large voluntary youth team and works with 11-18 year olds. The youth work is split into two age groups Roc Solid (11 to 14’s) and Miff (15 to 18’s). The Joshua Project brings both groups together for fun, worship and teaching. He also runs Weekends Away for the groups.
Andy is also a speaker at Spring Harvest in the youth tent, and often engaged with missions and outreach in local schools. Previously he worked with Youth for Christ, leading their residential outreach weekends called Fort Rocky.
