Real Riverside Football Club was established in the summer of 2003 and joined the Birmingham Amateur Football League in the 2003/4 season.
Real is a football outreach ministry, working through training, matches, socials to share life, faith and the love of God with local men- some of whom wouldn't normally attend church on a Sunday. Real Riverside is affiliated with Riverside Church, in Moseley and currently fields 2 teams in the Birmingham A.F.A (Saturday) league. Real Riverside is proudly sponsored by The Jericho Foundation, a local social enterprise charity and business helping young men and women to gain new skills and find permanent employment.

Real Riverside trains every Wednesday night on the astro-turf at Newman College, Cromwell Lane, Bartley Green, B32 3NT from 6:30pm to 8pm

and our Home matches are currently at Holder’s Lane Sports Ground, in Moseley.

We are always looking to recruit new players, so if you are a keen footballer and are interested in joining the team, please contact someone from the management team.

If you're interested in joining the team then come along to training on Wednesdays with your kit and £3 (towards the cost of the pitch). There are a variety of other ways you can also support the team:

• supporting us at matches (Home matches are at Holder’s Lane Sports Ground, in Moseley)
• praying for the team
• signing up to pray for a member of the team
